definition of professional services
"Professional
Services" is defined as services performed
or advice given by you provided that the remuneration
for such services or advice, or a portion thereof,
inures to your
benefit (unless, with your
consent and knowledge, such services or advice are
provided Pro Bono).
This new
wording takes account of the expanded practice of accounting
and allows for the receipt of commission or contingency payments.

coverage
Coverage
for acts, errors, and omissions committed by you anywhere
in the world.
Unique
Loss Mitigation section
This
adds two new features which provides for a reduced deductible
where a claims is settled within the first 12 months
